A specialist, not a
general fabricator.
The manufacturing arm was founded in 1998 and has spent twenty-eight years on aluminium windows, doors and building facades. It has never made anything else.
It holds both a Class A facade engineering design qualification and a Class 1 facade contractor qualification. Few companies in the industry hold the two together, and the design work and the build work are certified separately.
It has contributed to more than forty national and industry standards for windows, doors and facades, and holds over eighty patents: seven invention patents, seventy-three utility models and one design patent.
Some of that work fed back into the standards the industry now builds to.

Built for Australian
conditions.
Every system in the range is certified to AS 2047, the mandatory standard for windows and external glazed doors in Australian buildings.
Testing is carried out by NATA-accredited laboratories under ISO/IEC 17025 and by Intertek, covering wind pressure, water penetration, air infiltration, deflection and ultimate strength. The current StandardsMark licence, SMK41714, runs to September 2030.
We do not advertise a WERS rating, because none exists for these systems. Every performance figure on this site is a tested result. Every system has been tested and has a report behind it; where a figure is not shown here, the report still exists and we will send it on request.
Product certification covers what leaves the factory and excludes installation. That is normal for a product certificate. The installation, and the warranty on it, are ours.
Quality control, five stages
- 01Incoming materials: profile, glass, hardware and sealant sampled on arrival
- 02In-process checks at cutting, corner crimping and glue injection
- 03Semi-finished sampling
- 04100% inspection of finished goods: dimensions, air tightness, water tightness, finish
- 05Export packing check: reinforced crating designed for sea freight
Customers are welcome to inspect at the factory, and third-party inspection is supported.

Performance figures come from NATA-accredited laboratories, and we publish a number only where we can show the report behind it. Ask for any system's report and we will send it.
